Yes all our engineer will leave a service completion checklist once your service has been completed, this will be proof of service, to validate any warranty or insurance needs.
Online we have the most upto date engineers availability, however if you are looking for a emergency repair and cannot find a suitable date online or the date is too far in the future, then please call our customer service team on 03333442216 and we will try to get you a sooner appointment.
